NewAutoParts.com can ship your order anywhere in the U.S. or around the world. However, due to the nature of some parts and accessories, certain exceptions apply. Please allow 24 hours for your order to process. Orders placed by noon Eastern Standard Time usually ship the same day but we cannot guarantee that an order will ship the same day it is placed. Orders do not ship on weekends. Customer is responsible for ensuring that Fed Ex, UPS, United States Postal Service (USPS) and/or any other carrier used can deliver to specified shipping address.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
A packages will be returned to us if the shipping company cannot deliver it due to an incomplete or incorrect address, it’s not picked up from a FedEx facility, or if you refuse delivery. Due to the fact that our items are shipped from various locations, but returns are processed only at our main location, it is recommended that you DO NOT refuse a delivery. If you need to return an item, please call us.
All packages returned to us for the above the reasons can take up to 4 weeks to be processed and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Standard Ground
Delivery time: 1 – 5 business days after shipment based on the distance from our distribution warehouse.
Shipping Costs: 10% of total order or a minimum of $9.99 and a maximum of $59.99.*
2nd Day
Delivery time: 2 business days after shipment based on the distance from our distribution warehouse. Our warehouses are closed Saturday and Sunday; second day orders received after 2:00 pm EST, will be processed the next business day for shipping.
Shipping Costs: 15% of total order or a minimum of $29.99.*
Overnight – Next Day
Delivery time: 1 business day after shipment based on the distance from our distribution warehouse. Our warehouses are closed Saturday and Sunday; next day orders received after 2:00 pm EST, will be processed the next business day for shipping.
Shipping Costs: 20% of total order or a minimum of $34.99.*
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Ground Shipping
Delivery time: 8 – 10 business days after shipment based on the distance from our distribution warehouse.
Shipping Costs: 15% of total order or a minimum of $25.00.*
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Overnight Shipping
Delivery time: 2 business days after shipment based on the distance from our distribution warehouse. Our warehouses are closed Saturday and Sunday; next day orders received after 2:00 pm EST, will be processed the next business day for shipping.

Hazardous Materials
Due to the hazardous nature of airbags and seat belt pretensioners, theses items can only be drop shipped direct from our manufacturers warehouses to a commercial address. Special handling charge of $25.00 per item will be applied.
Wheels
Due to special handling and insurance required on wheels, we have special shipping rates:
- Steel wheels up to 16” diameter: $16.99 each wheel.
- Aluminum wheels up to 20” diameter: $22.99 each wheel
- Aluminum wheels 21” or larger: $29.99 each wheel
Combination of these items being shipped on the same order will receive a 20% discount from the large item price chart.
Large Items
All large items shipped by truck require a commercial address for delivery. Because of cost and size limitations, we cannot ship large items via truck to a private address.
In most cases, when shipping costs seem high it’s because it just costs a lot to transport big, bulky items and to deliver to distant places.
